A post-graduate in Business Administration Mr. Yadav has accumulated over 10 years' experience in the steel, construction and real estate industries. His earlier stint includes construction major Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd. At Orbit, Ramashrya manages Financial & Strategic Planning, Compliances and Project Finance.
Mr. Raajhesh Shah
Chief Operating Officer
Raajhesh is a post-graduate in Commerce with a rich experience in commercial, operational and business development aspects. Prior to joining us in 2005, Raajhesh served Tasty Bite Eatables Limited as Head – Commercial, Operations & New Business Development. He spearheads operations with a focus on Organisational Systems, Commercial Effectiveness and Marketing.
Mr. Jitendra Gupte
Senior Vice President and Head HR
With close to two decades of HR experience, Mr. Gupte brings rich learnings from some of the
most reputed brand names like Societe Generale - The French and International Bank, Rabo India Finance, and ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd., just to name a few. Mr. Gupte is a post graduate from JBIMS. His core strengths lies in having good hold over operational HR and being maverick at strategic HR.
Mr. Hari Kumar Kurup
Head – Legal & Acquisitions
Upon obtaining his graduate degree in Commerce, Hari Kumar went to on gain over two decades of experience with land and property procurement, and approvals from various Government authorities for redevelopment projects. Prior to joining Orbit in 2003, Hari Kumar Kurup served Rohan Group of Companies as Senior Acquisition Officer.
Mr. Vasudevan B. Iyer
Head – Projects
Formerly a Commodore with the Indian Navy, Mr. Iyer has an ME (Electronics and Telecom) and a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He stepped into Orbit in 2007 bringing with him 32 years of experience in the Technical Branch of The Indian Navy where he headed the largest Naval Dockyard – over a hundred workshops and 12,000 personnel. His portfolio includes being a key member for planning and construction of several Naval Ships/ Submarines/ Technical/ Offices /Residential complexes for the Navy. Vasudevan is also a recipient of the Vishisht Seva Medal conferred by the President of India.
Mr. Sanjay Bhutani
Head – Sales
A graduate from Mumbai University, Sanjay Bhutani joined us in 2007. Sanjay's 17 years in the real estate industry has taken him to some of Mumbai's renowned real estate developers – Lokhandwala Constructions Pvt. Ltd., The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (Real Estate Division), and Mahindra Gesco Developers Private Limited.
Ms. Amee Sanghvi
Head – Branding & Communications
She joined us in 2010. Not only does she hold a Masters in Graphic Design from the Parsons School of Art & Design, USA, but also holds a Masters in Applied Arts and a Masters in Interior Designing & Decoration. With over 15 years of savoir fare, she has a blend of Advertising, Design, Media, Marketing and Brand Communications. Having begun her career with Leo Burnett and moved on to work with the likes of Ogilvy & Mather, Rediffusion DY&R, FCB Ulka, DDB Mudra and INX Network. She has to her commendation, several International and National awards, a finalist at the Cannes Lions and several golds at the Asia Pacific.
Mr. Nitin Bavisi
General Manager – Finance
A Chartered Accountant by qualification with a professional experience exceeding 15 years, Nitin has served various employers across manufacturing and financial services. His responsibilities at Orbit involve financial planning, syndication of funding requirements, financial risk assessment and corporate governance compliances. Before joining us in 2006, he served with Shyam Ahuja Limited.
Mr. Pritam Nair
Executive President - Operations
Academically Mr. Nair is a Science graduate from Mumbai University. Associated with the Orbit Family since inception, Mr. Nair has handled various functions and varied roles to rise through the ranks. Right from heading marketing department in a group company to his current position of being one of the main functionaries of the prestigious Mandwah project.
Mr. Raman Kapur
Sr. Consultant – Procurement
With the Orbit family since 2006, Mr. Raman Kapur is B.E. Mechanical from MIT, Gwalior and MBA from Faculty of Management Sciences, Delhi University. Indian Airlines was his first foray into the corporate world. He joined Indian Airlines as Management Trainee in 1970, retiring in 2004 as General Manager – Stores and Purchases. Mr. Kapur possesses rich experience in Provisioning, Purchase, Receipt and Dispatch, Specialised stock room management and Disposal activities.
Hema Shetty
Senior Legal Advisor
With Orbit Corporation since March 2007, Hema is a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law with specialisation in Property Law and Co-operative Law. Being an independent Consultant, Hema headed and managed her own law firm for 25 years prior to joining Orbit. She brings with her, expertise in Documentation, Conveyancing, Contracts and Property matters. Hema is also a trustee for Sarda Samitee, an NGO working for underprivileged children and slum kids.
