  The candidate will need to have experience in Estimation / Tendering / Pre-post Contract

  Acumen for commercial issues, with the ability to interact / negotiate with Contractors / Sub Contractors necessary. 

  He / she would have to prepare early state budgets, detailed cost plans and perform risk and value management and cost control. 

   

  The incumbent would have to analyze results / output and prepare detailed progress reports and must also be well versed with regulation of local authorities like FIDIC, POMI and CESMM3. 

   

  Sound knowledge of MS office applications is required.
