  Reporting to the Sr. Vice President (Design) you will have the following responsibilities.

   

   

   

  Project Brief:

  Preparing project briefs, outlining project requirements and communicating the same to the consultants

  
  

  Participate in design development with consultants:

  - Architecture, landscaping, interior design and space planning

  - Coordination and supervision of all design development activities

  - Providing area calculations and technical information

  - Incorporation of green elements and sustainable design in the projects 

  
  

  Schedule deliverables from the design consultants as per project requirements. Regular follow up to ensure adherence to that schedule.

  
  

  Check and Issue drawings and information to execution team.
