  Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

   

   

   

   

   

   

  Interacting with various contractors at site and ensure they have adequate work fronts

  
  Physically checking the layout in reference to the approved drawings with the help of the Junior Engineer and contractors engineer and approving.

  Cross checking the transferred benchmark at random with civil contractor

  
  Guiding the Junior Engineer in preparing the take off quantities and cross checking before discussing with project manager

  
  Preparing the cash flow along with the project manager

  
  Attending the site weekly meetings and suggesting to the project manager, the methodology to be adopted to cover the delay in the program

  
  Checking the daily labour reports prepared by the Junior Engineer along with the supervisors

  
  Finding out the daily output of the work in consultation with the junior engineer and reminding the contractor about the anticipated delay

  
  Cross checking the indents prepared by the storekeeper and follow up with the purchase department

  
  Preparing the MIS reports along with the junior engineer

  
  

  Arranging for the RMC from the approved vendors

  
  Cross checking the reinforcement along with the Junior Engineer and making the joint record with the contractors engineer

  
  Cross checking the bar bending schedule prepared by the contractor and approving the same

  
  Giving the pour card, giving details of the quantity of concrete and the required supply per hour and the strength of the concrete

  
  Preparing the final measurement along with the concerned contractors office staff

  
  Assisting the project manager in preparation of site monthly budget

  
  Briefing the visitors to site on the project

  
  Ensuring a well kept site office

   
  Ensure mandatory requirements of green building/quality norms are followed strictly with relevant record keeping by nominated junior engineer / supervisor
